Proud Educator Gatherings
Proud Educator Gatherings happen every other month at various schools around the city, often on the first Friday, usually starting around 4:30 and transitioning to a happy hour at a nearby bar/restaurant. The time is focused on a specific component of what it means to be an LGBTQIA+ role model. They feature a speaker or two and follow the workshop model of facilitation allowing for participant discussion and reflection with time for questions.
